Abstract

We have analyzed the distribution of allele frequencies at seven Y-chromosomal short tandem repeat (STR) loci (DYS393, DYS19, DYS389II, DYS390, DYS391, DYS385) among three racial groups residing in Connecticut [Caucasian (n = 243), African American (n = 267) and Hispanic (n = 277)].
