Abstract
The probabilities of paternity exclusion are presented for most of the immunogenetic and biochemical systems for which relatively simple tests now exist. The issue is raised, 'Can these systems in aggregate provide evidence on paternity comprehensible to reasonable men?' It is suggested that they can.
