New and unusual cases of Cuterebra myiasis in humans are reported from Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, Missouri, and New Hampshire. Larval development occurred in cutaneous warbles in an adult male, and adult female, and in 3 small children ages 6 weeks to 20 months. Partial development occurred in the respiratory passages of an adult male. A review of previous cases of human Cuterebra myiasis including 8 additional unpublished cases is included.
