Abstract
The effectiveness of hyphenated size exclusion chromatography (SEC)-electrospray ionization (EPI)-mass spectrometry (MS) for obtaining the chemical composition, resolution of overlapping charge and accurate SEC calibration was examined. SEC-ESI-MS has the potential of becoming a powerful technique to address the need for more extensive analysis and characterization of complex polymer systems.
