Personal profile

Area of Expertise

My primary interest is in the clinical care of older adults, particularly frail persons. I enjoy clinical teaching of all levels of medical learners as well as allied health professionals. I believe every person will be involved in elder care at some point in their life, whether personally or professionally, and so think that education regarding older adults and changes that occur with aging is vitally important to health professionals, allied health professionals, and lay persons. I am interested in aging research, particularly in translational research that is applicable to the older adult.
