Area of Expertise
Dr. Surve is currently board certified in physical medicine and rehabilitation and osteopathic neuromusculoskeletal medicine, with certificates of added qualification in pain medicine and medical acupuncture. He currently serves as Co-Director of the Texas Center for Performing Arts Health. Throughout his career, Dr. Surve has distinguished himself as an educator and leader. He has given lectures at the local, regional, national, and international levels on various topics including osteopathic manipulation, medical acupuncture, complementary and alternative therapies, responsible opioid prescribing, and performing arts medicine.
