Personal profile
Area of Expertise
My purpose is to ensure the quality and effectiveness of activities on campus, academically and programmatically. I specialize in the direct and indirect assessment of student learning, from faculty-student assessments to overall assessment at the university-level. My goal is to further move assessment activities at UNTHSC to be transformational, changing how we teach and produce the highest quality healthcare providers in North Texas and the United States.
My teaching focuses on the social, administrative, and behavioral aspects of being a pharmacist; focusing on emotional intelligence, leadership, and behavioral economics. I conduct research on the scholarship of teaching and learning and policy aspects of immunizations and vaccine hesitancy.
