Area of Expertise
My current research interests include: 1) support “big data” research using ITR data and promote research on biostatistical methods tailored to ITR data, 2) developing statistical methods in personalized medicine, causal inference, survival analysis and high throughput data analysis and 3) designing and combining different methodologies based on statistical analysis, machine learning, pathway analysis, biomarker discovery, and systems biology. My goal is to develop data-driven approaches to biomarker discovery in Alzheimer’s disease or other diseases.
