I am a Licensed Clinic Social Worker and have worked as a medical social worker for over 12 years. I have over nine years experience with the geriatric population in the primary care clinic setting. My background also includes hospice care and substance abuse treatment. My current role is Social Service Instructor with the Internal Medicine Geriatric Clinic. Completed a Dementia Care Certification through the Alzheimer’s Association.
