Cynthia Powell is an Assistant Professor in the School of Health Professions and currently teaches LHLT 5303: Psychology of Behavior Change, as well as LHLT 5308: Addressing Health Behaviors. She is also a Certified Health and Well-Being Coach, Certified Integrative Wellness and Life Coach, as well as a Qualified Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Teacher and provides coaching and training in a variety of areas including mindfulness, resilience, self-care, and stress management. Cynthia has over 15 years of senior leadership experience in education and health care settings.
