Dr. Brittney Cox completed two years of pharmacy residency, specializing in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and Leadership during her second year. Following postgraduate training, Dr. Cox worked as an inpatient pharmacy manager gaining additional experience in quality improvement, medication safety, clinical management, operational management, and health-system leadership and administration. Her scholarly interests include leadership development, soft-skill development, and improving experiential education outcomes.
