Description
Genomics Core offers a broad range of resources and services to support HSC research enterprise as well as external clients. The Core provides access to Next Generation Sequencing with applications spanning genomics, transcriptomics, and epigenomics. The core is equipped with Agilent TapeStation, real-time PCR systems, and Illumina NextSeq 550 Sequencer complemented by 10X Genomics Chromium System.
